I ship all of my products with USPS Priority Mail. Product tracking numbers are attached to shipping confirmation email. This is my standard shipping option. All USPS Priority Mail is generally delivered within one to three business days and is insured up to $50 in value. 

You are able to return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. I will refund the full cost of shipping if you receive an incorrect or defective item. Note, clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded or returned. 

Repairs are done free of charge with the exception of chipped or broken crystals. Products missing more than 30% of their original construction will incur a fee. This fee will be calculated via email correspondence. Repairs are authorized via email only. Please include a photo of the broken product in your email. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs to and from Cat's Creations. 

You should anticipate your refund within 30 days of the date you ship your package for the return. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
